Registration

  • For ADOT personnel registering using an ADOT purchase order number - Call if you do not have a log in password!
  • An individual member, or an employee of a corporate member of the Arizona Chapter of ACI (an employee must be registered by a company representative who has a log in for this site)

ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician Certification

This program includes a classroom review and practice session on Friday, followed by the written and performance exams on Saturday (note that this is a two day program). This program is in YUMA. The package price includes the review and hands-on practice, the exams, all certification fees and the ACI workbook for this program Register

A Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I is an individual who has demonstrated the knowledge and ability to properly perform and record the results of seven basic field tests on freshly mixed concrete.


Scope and Knowledge

The program requires a working knowledge of the following ASTM practices and test methods:

  • C617 - Capping Cylindrical Concrete Specimens
  • C1231/C1231M - Unbonded Caps for Concrete Cylinders
  • C39/C39M - Compressive Strength of Cylindrical Concrete Specimens
  • C78 - Flexural Strength of Concrete
