The Arizona ACI Student Chapter is hosted at Arizona State University's Del E Webb School of Construction which includes an emphasis program in concrete that is among the best in the nation. ASU has been consistently ranked an "Excellent" University by ACI. We welcome students from other post secondary schools in Arizona who are interested in concrete!

COMING UP:

ACI Egg Protection Device Competition Registration Opens August 1, 2017

Design and build the highest-impact-load resistant plain or reinforced concrete Egg Protection Device (EPD). Learn and report on concrete’s sustainable benefits related to durability, impact resistance, and other real-life aspects which an EPD simulates. Note that only one team is allowed entry per school.

ACI Concrete Projects Competition 

Projects are invited from undergraduate students. The student must be an undergraduate during the previous school year.

ACI STUDENT PAPER AWARD

ACI-James Instruments Student Award for Research on NDT of Concrete

Applications are invited for the 2017 ACI-James Instruments Student Award for Research on NDT of Concrete for original research on nondestructive testing of concrete. The award is sponsored by James Instruments, Inc., a Chicago-based manufacturer and distributor of NDT systems, and it will be given by ACI Committee 228, Nondestructive Testing.
